01 · Setup

First day setup

The Dashboard has six tiles — Properties, Contacts, Deals, Notes, Locations, Reminders — plus Search, Tools, Plan, Settings and More.

  1. A

    Choose your currency

    The app asks on first launch. Change it later via Settings → Currency.

  2. B

    Fill your profile

    Settings → Profile. Add your office name and phone — used when sharing properties or deals.

  3. C

    Add a location

    Dashboard → LocationsAdd New Location. Pick country, province and city, then name the area, society or block.

  4. D

    Add a contact

    Dashboard → ContactsAdd New Contact. Pick from your phone contacts or type one in. Allow Contacts permission if your device asks.

  5. E

    Add your first property

    Dashboard → PropertiesAdd New Property. Pick contact, location, purpose, type and area, tap Next, then add photos and links and Save.

Dashboard tip

Use Dashboard shortcuts for daily work. Use Settings for profile, backup, plan, privacy, sharing and app preferences.

02 · Workflow

Daily workflow

Daily flow: save location and contact, add the property, search when a customer asks, create a deal once both sides agree, log every payment, set follow-up reminders, then run a Drive backup before the day ends.

03 · Listings

Properties & locations

Properties are your listings — one contact, one location, and a purpose: Sale, Purchase, Tenant or Rent Out.

Property tabs and status

  • All, For Sale, For Purchase, Tenant and For Rent show available properties.
  • Withdraw shows properties you've taken off the active list.
  • Creating a deal marks the property Sold and hides it from available lists. Open it from its deal anytime.

What you can store on a property

  • Purpose, type, area, unit, demand/price, notes and address details.
  • Type-specific details such as dimensions, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, shops, offices, halls, utilities and amenities.
  • Up to 10 photos, up to 20 links, plus attached documents. YouTube links are detected as videos; website links open in the browser.
  • Owner name for sale properties.

Search and filters

Tap the Search icon on Dashboard or Properties. Filter by purpose, type, exact area/unit and location. Clear filters if something's missing.

Property detail actions

Open a property to call, message, share, set a reminder, create a deal, preview the PDF, edit, withdraw or delete.

Locations

Locations are reusable. Create them from the Locations tile, then pick them in the Property Form. Opening a location lists its available properties.

04 · People

Contacts

Contacts hold your network: name, number, address, company, notes, email, website and role flags.

Add or import a contact

  1. Open Contacts and tap Add New Contact.
  2. Pick from phone contacts or type one in.
  3. Open More details to mark Dealer or Investor, or add company, notes, email or website.
  4. Tap Save. The app checks for duplicate numbers.

Contact actions

Slide a row to reveal Call, SMS, Share and Alarm (starts a reminder). Tabs: All, Dealer, Investor.

05 · Money

Deals & payments

A deal links one property, seller, buyer, final price and agreement date. The seller is filled from the property.

Create a deal

  1. Deals → Add New Deal, or use Deal from a property.
  2. Tap Select property. The seller appears automatically.
  3. Tap Add buyer and pick the buyer.
  4. Enter Final sale price and agreement date, optionally mark documents transferred, add notes and commission, then Save.

Record payments

  1. Open the deal → Deal Payments tab, or tap Pay in Deal Details.
  2. Enter amount, optional note, date and time.
  3. Confirm. Paid and Remaining update immediately.

Payments can't exceed the remaining amount. At zero, the deal shows Deal Matured.

No money movement

Deal Payments are records only. Easy Property Dealer does not transfer, hold, escrow, send or receive money.

06 · Follow-up

Reminders & notes

Reminders

Attach a reminder to a Contact, Property or Deal. Pick a purpose — Call, Meeting, Site Visit or Other — and a future time. Upcoming and Expired live in separate tabs.

These are local device notifications and need notification permission. Android devices may also need battery or autostart settings; iOS delivery can depend on Focus, notification settings and system scheduling.

Notes

Standalone notes for measurements, client updates or anything to find later. Notes → Add New Note. Searchable, editable, deletable.

07 · Safety

Backup & restore

Local-first: your data lives on the device. Google Drive backup is optional but strongly recommended.

What Drive backup stores

The package contains your database — properties, contacts, locations, deals, payments, notes, reminders and profile. With Include photos on, supported media and documents are bundled too.

Backups go to Google Drive's private app data storage — they don't show as normal Drive files. Supported app settings such as currency, language, theme, market and sharing preferences restore with the backup.

Connect Drive and back up now

  1. Open Settings → Backup.
  2. Tap Connect Drive.
  3. Pick your Google account and approve Drive access.
  4. When connected, tap Back Up Now.

Once connected you'll see account, last backup, package size, Drive storage, schedule options and history.

Automatic backups

Manual backup is free. Pro can turn on Automatic backup for a daily run near your chosen time. Mobile operating systems may delay background work for battery, network or system scheduling. Toggle Wi-Fi only or Charging only. Use Keep to set retention; pinned backups skip cleanup.

History actions

  • Restore downloads the backup and replaces local data.
  • Keep backup pins it against cleanup; Allow cleanup unpins it.
  • Edit note adds a short note to a backup entry.
  • Delete removes that backup from Drive permanently.

Restore on a new device

  1. Install Easy Property Dealer on the new device.
  2. Open Settings → Backup.
  3. Connect the same Google account used for backup.
  4. Open the backup's menu and tap Restore.

Restore replaces local data

Restore overwrites your current database (and media if included). If this device has newer changes, back up first.

08 · Tools

Tools, sharing & PDFs

Tools

Tap the calculator icon on the Dashboard to open Tools for quick calculations, area estimates and unit reference while working in the field:

  • Basic Calculator — arithmetic with history.
  • Area Calculator — quick shape-based area estimates.
  • Advance Area Calculator — combine multiple shapes into a total estimate.
  • Area Unit Reference — common property units such as Marla, Kanal, square feet and related units.

Sharing and PDFs

  • Property and deal screens have a Share action — fill Settings → Profile first so your office and phone go out with it.
  • The printer icon opens your device's PDF preview — print, save or share from there.
  • Deal PDFs are summaries; use the Deal Payments tab for full history.

09 · Preferences

Settings & cleanup

Open Settings for plan, profile, language, theme, market, currency, backup, exports, cleanup, sharing, learning, support and privacy controls.

  • Theme and Dark mode change the app look.
  • Currency, Market profile, Area unit and Marla size keep property values local to your market.
  • Share Templates controls property message and poster content.
  • Storage Cleanup removes selected photos/documents — the record stays.

10 · Privacy

Privacy & data

Your book lives on your device. We don't keep your records on our servers. Optional Drive backups go to your own Google Drive app data.

We use Google Drive and Google Sign-In for optional backup, Firebase Analytics/diagnostics for app health, RevenueCat and the platform stores for Pro purchases, and AdMob for optional ad-supported gates. Support emails sit in our inbox so we can reply. Full statement in the Privacy Policy.

11 · Fixes

Troubleshooting

The currency screen keeps appearing

Pick a currency on first launch. To change it later, use Settings → Change Currency.

I cannot save a contact

  1. Make sure name and mobile number are filled.
  2. Use a number not already saved in the app.
  3. If your device asks for Contacts permission, allow it via the prompt or your system app settings, then save again.

The Property Form will not go to the second step

Step 1 needs contact, purpose, type, area and location. Fill them in, then tap Next.

Google Drive connect fails or never completes

  1. Check internet. If you use VPN, proxy or private DNS, try again without it.
  2. Confirm the Google account has Drive access. On Android, update Google Play Services if needed.
  3. Restart the app, open Backup and tap Connect Drive again.
  4. If errors persist, email support with a screenshot and app version.

I cannot see my backup on a new phone

Connect the exact same Google account and tap Refresh. Drive app data is per-account. Older database-only backups show as Legacy.

Automatic backup did not run at the exact time

Mobile operating systems control background jobs, so timing is approximate — it can wait for network, battery or your Wi-Fi/charging rules. Use Back Up Now for immediate.

Reminder notifications are not firing

Allow notifications in your device settings for Easy Property Dealer. On Android, also check battery or Autostart settings if your phone blocks background reminders.

A deal payment is rejected

Payments can't exceed the Remaining amount shown on the form. Enter that or less.

Share asks me to complete my profile

Settings → Profile — fill office name and phone, then share again.

Photos are taking too much storage

Settings → Storage Cleanup. Select records, tap Clean Up. Back up first if you might need those files later.

Frequently asked

Is Easy Property Dealer free?

Yes. You can start free with records, sharing, tools and manual Drive backup. The free plan has record limits and occasional ad-supported gates. Pro unlocks unlimited records, scheduled backup, exact matches, all-time history and no ads.

What is Easy Property Dealer Pro?

Pro unlocks unlimited records, scheduled backup, exact matches, all-time history, no ads and watermark controls through in-app purchase where available. Restore Purchases is available inside the app.

Does the app work offline?

Yes for everyday record keeping. Internet is only needed for Drive backup/restore, external links, videos, purchases, ads, analytics/diagnostics and platform services.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Drive backups go to this app's private Google Drive app data storage.

Is it available on iOS?

The Android app is live, and the iPhone app is prepared for App Store release. Use the install page for the current platform status.

Can I transfer payments through the app?

No. Deal Payments are records you enter — the app isn't a wallet, bank, escrow or transfer service.

Can I import from Excel or CSV?

Not yet. Contact support if you have a large book and need migration help.

How many photos and links can I attach to a property?

Up to 10 photos and 20 links per property.

What happens if I uninstall the app without a backup?

Local data can be lost. Always Drive-backup before uninstalling, resetting or changing phones.

13 · Terms

Terms of use

Use the app for lawful property record-keeping. You're responsible for the records you enter and decisions made from them. The app doesn't give legal, financial, tax, brokerage or escrow advice.

Deal Payments are records only. Easy Property Dealer does not transfer money, hold funds, provide escrow, issue loans, process settlements, verify buyers or sellers, or act as a bank, wallet or financial institution.

Easy Property Dealer may offer a free plan and optional Pro access. Pro purchases are handled only through the App Store or Google Play where available. Weekly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless cancelled through the store before renewal; lifetime access is a one-time in-app purchase where offered. The store controls payment confirmation, renewal, cancellation, refunds and tax handling. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases on the same platform account.

Free users may see occasional ads or ad-supported gates. Ads must be shown by the app's advertising provider and may be removed by Pro. Do not misuse the app, interfere with ads, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content to backups, or use external links for illegal activity.

Provided as-is. Drive backup, Sign-In, platform stores, ads, analytics, update checks, external links and PDF sharing depend on third-party services and device settings.
